3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

4. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 1-month free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to the Pro plan.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Access to basic features including finance tracking, goals, health, and quotes
• Pro Plan: $5.00/month (or $48/year, billed annually) - Full access to all features and premium support

4.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• To transmit any harmful code or malware
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• To collect or store personal data about other users
• To use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyLifeManager.co and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

7. Termination

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYLIFEMANAGER.CO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLifeManager.co and its licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
