PDF to Excel
Statements, invoices and reports arrive as PDFs with the numbers locked inside them. This reads the text and where it sits on each page, works out the rows and columns from those positions, and writes a real .xlsx you can sort, total and chart.

Your files never leave this browserHow it works
- 1Drop in a PDF that has a real text layer — a scan will not work.
- 2Choose one sheet per page, or everything stacked into a single sheet.
- 3Click Convert to Excel.
- 4Open the .xlsx in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Common ways people use this
- Get a bank or card statement into a spreadsheet for reconciling
- Pull line items off a supplier invoice without retyping them
- Lift a results table out of a report to chart it
- Turn an exported PDF listing back into sortable data
Frequently asked questions
Will it work on a scanned PDF?
No. A scan is an image with no text layer, so there is nothing to extract. You would need OCR first.
How accurate are the columns?
A PDF stores glyph positions, not a table structure, so the columns are inferred from where the text sits. Clean, ruled tables come across very well; merged cells and multi-column layouts usually need tidying.
Do numbers arrive as numbers?
Yes — plain figures are written as numeric cells so they total and sort correctly. Anything with currency symbols or separators stays as text so it is not silently altered.
Is my statement uploaded to a server?
Never. The whole extraction runs in your browser, which is exactly why this is safe for financial documents.
