Excel to PDF
A spreadsheet sent as a PDF is one that arrives looking the same for everyone, with no risk of an accidental edit. This reads every sheet in the workbook and lays the cell values out as a clean grid, sheet after sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Are formulas calculated?
The values Excel last saved are used, which is what the sheet displayed. Formulas themselves are not re-evaluated.
What about colours, merged cells and charts?
Not reproduced. The output is a plain value grid — number formats, fills, merged cells and charts need a commercial rendering engine.
What happens to very wide sheets?
Columns are fitted across the page and long values are clipped rather than wrapped, so each row still reads as one row. Landscape fits noticeably more.
Does it support .xls?
Only .xlsx. Open an older .xls in Excel and use Save As → .xlsx first.
